If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all simply call our customer services department within 5 days of delivery and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email at email@example.com
If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product. If you return an unused portion of product your will be refunded for the percentage of the unused portion. Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to pay for the purchase. Please note that for your safety no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
